Formatnya:
dd if=mageia-iso-file-name.iso of=/dev/<letak usb flashdisk>
Disini saya praktekan di Ubuntu 10.04 dengan nama file ISOnya Mageia-2-LiveCD-KDE4-Asia-no-India-i586-CD.iso
1. Colokin flashdisk, buka terminal ketik:

Flashdisknya terletak di sdc
2. Masuk ke directory tempat iso mageia berada, trus jalankan
sudo dd if=Mageia-2-LiveCD-KDE4-Asia-no-India-i586-CD.iso of=/dev/sdc
3. Tunggu sampai selesai. Setelah itu flashdisk bisa dipakai untuk menginstall
